Please pre-book your appointment online.
We will not be accepting walk ins.
Our appointments times have been extended to allow for the necessary measures to clean and sanitize tools and stations between guests.
Unfortunately our waiting area is currently off limits. Beverages will not be served , nor reading material provided.
Please show up promptly on time and expect to wait outdoors. If we are at capacity we will alert you upon arrival and then notify you when you are able to enter. Guests will be required to sanitize hands upon entry.
Please come to your appointment alone. Families with children: please bring one child at a time if you have multiple as we will not be able to have guests waiting inside. For other specific requests, please contact us ahead of time.
Please follow public health and safety guidelines: if you are sick or feeling sick please reschedule your appointment. We require 24 hours notice.
Chairs will be spaced to provide 2 metres of distance.
All Stylist will be wearing PPE.
Conversation will be minimal as a safety precaution, as we want to be efficient, effective and clean.
Client PPE is mandatory. We may have disposable masks available for purchase, depending on location.
We will not be accepting Cash. Please pay by Debit, Credit in store, or pay online via Squire.
Note – we are doing our best to follow protocol as set out by out by the province of Ontario in order to keep our guests and barbers safe. Knowing these are constantly changes, the above rules may also be subject to change.
