Yes. Select locations offer women’s haircuts with designated stylists. Availability varies by location, so we recommend booking online or calling ahead to ensure the right stylist is available.
We require a minimum of 6 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice may result in a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service. You can cancel via your original booking link, through our app, or by calling your location.
Yes. Walk ins are welcome, but due to online bookings and call volume, we recommend booking online or calling ahead to reduce wait time.
We accept payment online and in store, including cash, debit, and credit. The simplest option is paying in store at checkout.
Hours vary slightly by location. All Glassbox locations operate 7 days a week, typically from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please check your specific location for exact hours.
No. Pricing varies by service provider level and demand. We offer tiered pricing from Barber to Senior and Advanced, with haircuts typically ranging from $45 to $90 after tax.
Yes. Parking is available at all locations, with a mix of free and paid options. We do not offer designated parking except at our Hamilton location.
Yes. All locations are near major transit routes, including bus lines, subway stations, and streetcar stops.
We do our best to accommodate all guests. Select locations have ramps or street level access. Ossington and Hamilton both have street level entrances. Please call ahead so we can assist.
Yes. Select stylists offer colour services. For detailed requests, please email us so we can match you with the right stylist and book the correct processing time.

Yes. Every service at Glassbox begins with a consultation to align on your goals and expectations. Some colour services require a pre booked consultation.

If you are running late, please call ahead. If there is not enough time to complete the scheduled service, your barber or stylist will explain what is possible. If the service cannot be performed, a cancellation fee may apply.
Service adjustments are reviewed case by case. When appropriate, we will work to correct issues within reason.
Yes. Our barber services include beard grooming and hot towel shaves.
We use and carry high quality products selected for performance and hair health. Your barber or stylist can recommend options based on your hair type and routine.

Yes. Our team trains regularly to stay current on technique, trends, and product knowledge.
Yes. Glassbox partners with Green Circle Salons to reduce waste and support more sustainable salon practices. We also prioritize mindful product selection whenever possible.
All barbers are commission based employees. Commission starts at 50 percent of the pre tax service price. We do not offer chair rental and we do not use independent contractors.
Service times vary by barber and service type. Typical booking times are:
- Barber haircut: 45 to 60 minutes
- Maintenance cut: 30 minutes
- Beard trim: 30 minutes
- Shave: 45 minutes
Prices vary by barber based on experience, ongoing education, and client demand.
Some services may include optional add ons ranging from $5 to $15. Add ons are only applied when discussed with you in advance and confirmed during the appointment. Examples include an additional shampoo and style, brow shaping, or adding a cold towel after a beard trim.
Yes. Squire, our booking software, adds a processing fee when you book and pay in advance. Glassbox does not receive any portion of this fee and we cannot remove it. To avoid the fee, select Pay in person when booking.
Yes. If prepayment is enabled for the service or location, your card is charged in full at the time of booking.
No. Tips are never mandatory. If you choose to tip, you can do so at checkout by selecting a preset percentage or entering a custom amount.
Cash tips are preferred. They avoid card processing fees and allow staff to receive the tip directly.
