Cancellation Policy
Glassbox requires at least 6 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Reminders
You may receive the following reminders, based on your notification settings:
• Email reminder 24 hours before your appointment
• Text or app reminder 2 hours before your appointment
Late cancellations and no shows
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment start time will be charged a minimum of 50% off the scheduled service.
No Shows (non-cancelled appointments) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, and your account will be set as prepay only for future appointments.
If a card is on file, it will be charged for the fee. If no card is on file, the fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.
Why we enforce this policy
Appointments are scheduled time. When you provide fair notice, we can attempt to fill the opening and keep the schedule on track for the team.
How to cancel or modify your appointment
To reschedule, modify, or cancel, use the Glassbox Barbershop app or the links in your booking confirmation email.
If you cannot access your booking, contact the shopper directly via phone or email to confirm your cancellation.
